You might or might not be aware, but the precursor to Travel Fitness 4 Me was a system known as Granite Fitness. As the producer of Granite Fitness believes that long-term weight maintenance was only possible with a good solid educational foundation, three books were written – each covering an essential component of long-term weight loss. These components are psychology, nutrition and physical fitness. Together with a video workout program, these form the Granite Fitness Masterclass, which can be accessed by clicking on the image below:

While committing to the Granite Fitness Masterclass is the surefire way to turbocharge one’s weight loss efforts, each of the books can be accessed separately as well. This works well for people who have identified a weakness in any of the three components, and wish to try and work on that component specifically. All of the books are accessible digitally by clicking on the corresponding images below:

Book #1: Winning Psychology Manual

If you are starting on your journey to lose weight, you should know that the road ahead will be physically and mentally challenging. Not only do you have to deal with the battles in your head, you also need to deal with the comments that come from others.  In this book, I masterfully apply basic psychological concepts to a weight loss and fitness journey in a way which non-psychologists like you and I can understand. This book gives you the strong mindset you need to ensure that you tide through the times when the going gets tough, because it will be tough. Book #2: Strategic Nutrition Guide

You probably already know that if you are trying to lose weight, you must watch what you eat. When it comes to diet-related weight loss advice, there is plenty of good information out there, but there is also a lot of misinformation. This book will train your diet-related knowledge to a point where actions that drive you towards your fitness goals will eventually become instinctive and automated. This also means that in theory you should be able to enter any food-related setting and know how to eat and drink in a way that is in line with your fitness goals. Click on the image below to find out more:

Book #3: Lifelong Fitness Blueprint

This book specifically focuses on exercise and fitness, which I believe is an essential element in your quest to get fit and stay fit for life. This book will teach you the logic behind any fitness routine. With the knowledge you acquire, you will be equipped to alter any exercise routine “recipe” as needed to reach specific goals. This means that in theory you should be able to have a reasonably good workout with only a few tools if you apply the knowledge provided in this book. Click on the image below to find out more:

Book #4: Traveller’s Fitness Bible

If you are a traveller, you probably already know that staying in shape while travelling can be very difficult because of the break in routine. However, this does not have to be the case. With the proper knowledge, you will be able to keep fit while on the go. Better yet, unlike other books written about this topic, the information presented in this book can be applicable to all travellers, not just business people, but also students, backpackers, and other fitness enthusiasts. My teaching is so basic that it can work even if you are doing volunteer or missionary work in the middle of rural nowhere. Click on the image below to find out more:
